Today marks 200 days.

This week I;

a) Started the new internship, going well. Appreciating the kindness of everyone and the complimentary Nescafe & wafers. Different to the last one but also nice to be more local (ie can wake up at 8:15am and be at work by 8:30)

b) Got my phone lost/stolen at a music event in the marketplace hence not so many photos sorry. Not a huge deal except for the loss of a photo of a man eating an icecream on a segway which was very funny. Regardless was an enjoyable night featuring beach chairs, late night shopping (til 9pm lol) and reggae.

c) Went out to dinner at Friends with Wim, Max, Mirjam, Amy and Maddy.

d) Finally had my lemon from my lemon tree grow (5 months later….)

e) Hung out at Sebastianstrasse last night with the new exchange guys, played foosball, doggybagged the ice cubes from dinner out to make mojitos, then headed to Conrad Sohm

f) Went to the markets on Saturday for the first time in a while where pumpkins are back like never before. Here’s a few photos of them.

g) Received a beaut 21st invite from back home

h) Got an unexpected week of holidays off at the end of October so started planning an Italian road trip which is VERY VERY exciting. Would love any recommendations for Lake Como, Cinque Terre, Florence, Tuscany or Rome please! Loving having this driving licence thing.
